Shannon Mumblo
Shannon is a Registered Nurse, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, and Ordained Minister, bringing 21+ years of combined experience as a loyal and dedicated human services and medical professional and non-profit leader. Shannon has extensive experience in succession planning, leadership, non-profit development, and transitional housing initiatives. She assisted in the establishment of Christina’s House, an educational and transitional home for women and their children experiencing homelessness from 2010-2017, and served as its Executive Director from 2017-2022. Shannon’s background also includes building and supervising strong and loyal teams, board development, strategic and succession planning, fundraising, grant writing, brand development and awareness, volunteer recruitment and management, engaging donors in meaningful long-term relationships, and rallying people and communities around a mission dedicated to meeting the needs of those they serve. Additional certifications include Trauma Responsive Community Leader, Associate Practitioner for AgileBrain℠, and Healing Racism’s Institute 2-Day Seminar (Fall 2023).
Adriana vaccaro
Adriana Vaccaro has 14 years of experience in the field of Organizational Culture and 7 Years focusing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Strategy and Implementation. Adriana is certified by the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) as a Senior Certified Professional (SPC) and holds an MBA. Her company, Culture Redesigned, is a data-driven consulting firm focusing on supporting our client’s organizational culture and DEI journey while effectively blending Six Sigma and Behavioral Science into a practical educational approach.
Lynn Whitney Turner
Lynn is a formally trained business coach, facilitator, and people analyst with certifications within several assessment tools including Master Practitioner for the revolutionary new tool based in neuroscience for uncovering unmet needs called AgileBrain℠. Through this work, she has helped individuals and businesses gain clarity about their intentions to make informed decisions so they can achieve their goals and vision for life and business. For over 20 years, Lynn has worked with a variety of businesses and boards to facilitate strategic planning and thinking sessions, innovation and change initiatives, and develop high-performing teams/organizations utilizing her certifications in Virtual Collaboration, Graphic Facilitation, the Lego® Serious Play® Methodology, and Innovation Management and Strategy through WOBI (World of Business Ideas) and the Kellog School of Management. Lynn recently participated in the Equity in the 413 Summit speaking on the topic of Leading with Curiosity – Cultivating an Inclusive Workplace introducing her XP Process℠ for Innovation.
Christina Jeffrey
Christina has designed and managed dozens of digital health, digital equity, and social impact initiatives both in the US and globally. She has developed national-scale technology adoption strategies for local and regional clients such as the Inter-American Development Bank, Sesame Workshop, the World Bank, World Vision, Harvard School of Public Health, Patient Navigators International, Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia, Rainforest Alliance, Catholic Relief Services, Fundación SHE, Mount Sinai, International Federation of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a number of local, state and national government agencies in the United States. She is also a digital equity consultant, advising public and nonprofit sector clients on inclusive strategies for digital transformation and technology adoption for hard to reach and vulnerable populations worldwide.
