Project Implementation: Connectivity Across Western MA
Taking a project from vision to inception requires a blend of operational grit and strategic oversight. For the Alliance for Digital Equity, SMC led the end-to-end implementation of a regional hotspot pilot program, providing critical internet access to over 30 organizations across four counties. By coordinating with key partners like the United Way of Franklin and Hampshire County and the Center for New Americans, we ensured this complex rollout was not just a plan on paper, but a functional reality that continues to serve the digital equity needs of our community today.
